Dear Annoying Gym Guy:
You look like an idiot wearing your khaki shorts, Hawaiian shirts and white socks that barely cling to your calves to the gym of all places. You look like an even bigger idiot when you start bopping your head and playing air guitar on the elliptical machine. When you do this, I don't know what I hate more: you or that poor excuse for a cardio workout machine. Plus, you smell funny, like you don't wash your Hawaiian shirts or (shudder) those khaki shorts. Try to take care of that, please.
Sincerely,
The Nerd

There's no way said annoying gym guy is a real person. Far too many stereotypes captured in one person. The only thing he's missing is a visor, grey new balances and any greek paraphernalia.
Dude, he's so a real person. I saw him on Tuesday. I run on the treadmill in my apartment building's gym when I'm not weight training at NYSC and I've seen him rocking on the elliptical machine several times.
interesting. so the real question is who is worse, your "5 year post grad pseudo frat guy" or the indian guy at my nysc that wears a sleaveless college shirt, has sunglasses on his head and has a blackberry and ipod attached to his shorts. doesn't play the air guitar and but does pose quite a bit.
it's a toss-up.
actually if u throw the visor on the indian guy and spike his hair, i will vote for him.
Hey, my annoying gym guy is Indian as well. Perhaps these two are related and their odd behavior is the result of a genetic anomaly...
question.
what's said annoying gym guy playing the air guitar to? a discussion about his playlists may entail a separate entry.
i'm thinking rob thomas is somehow involved. and maybe bep.
This is the most disturbing part of it: I suspect that he's playing air guitar to Bollywood tunes.....
so the "revenge of the nerdd" is to paste the kick me sign on someone else? nice...
air guitar and bollywood tunes? that's just unfortunate.
annoying gym guy is making it so much more difficult for my people to get the "it girl's" number. just unnecessary.
Anonymous: correct.
Z: Who are "your people?" Who are "it girls?"
